Dundalk Young Irelands 4-08  Cooley Kickhams 'B' 1-10 

Dundalk Young Ireland's comfortably overcame the challenge of league leaders Cooley Kickhams 'B' in division 4C in Pairc Eire Og on Tuesday night. Actually this was Cooley's first league defeat having won their previous 10 matches.

Some excellent finishing in front of goal was the difference in this match for the Irelander's as John Boland once again showed his predatory skills with a couple of very well taken goals from the full forward.

Best for the winners were John Boland (Full Forward) and Tom Rogers (Centre Back) while Donal Duffy excelled after his introduction.
